Frequent Attendee Points (FAP) Information
Our new customer portal currently displays meetings attended after February 3, 2025. While only those meetings are shown, we do have records of all meetings attended before that date. If you still wish to confirm your point balance, feel free to contact us.

If you haven't received the password reset email:
Many hospital, university, and business email systems - including Mayo Clinic - may block the reset email at the server level, mistakenly flagging it as a phishing attempt. Because this happens before it reaches your inbox, the email may not appear in your spam or junk folder at all.
Please contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist our email address. If that's not possible, we recommend using a personal email address instead.

To cancel your meeting:
You can request to cancel your meeting in your portal under the conference section. This is the quickest way to process your cancellation request.

Schooling, Study, Scholarships or College - We are not a school
Kindly note, we do not offer degrees, provide assistance with schooling, visas or scholarships. We provide continuing medical education (CME) for healthcare professionals. We are not a school.
Invitation Letters
Due to recent fraudulent activities, we have implemented a 30-day waiting period after the clearance of payment for the issuance of invitation letters. Please note that these letters will only be mailed to your provided billing address of the credit card. Any detected fraud will be promptly reported to your country's law enforcement and immigration authorities.
Letters of Invitation will not be sent until tuition payment in full has been paid by credit card and clearance of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel meeting and webinar registrations without notice where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
