Course Cancellation Fee

No penalty if canceled by April 23, 2024. Cancellations between April 24, 2024, and May 24, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after May 24, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

 

We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The above rates are per person fares, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy 150%-200% supplement. Cabin selection is limited based upon availability. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Cabins MUST be reserved with a deposit of $500 per cabin to qualify for these low fares. Cabin selection is limited and the above listed categories may not be available. A single supplement is charged if there is only one person in a cabin. Due to the number of details needed to complete cruise cabin booking accurately, a cabin will not be booked for you until you have spoken with one of our cruise agents via phone or via direct email correspondence. Reservations will be secured and cabins assigned upon receipt of passenger deposit of $500 per cabin. Final payment as instructed by our travel agent. Prices subject to change without notice.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Penalties apply for cancellation of the cruise for any reason. We strongly recommend purchase of the cancellation insurance. Ask us for details. Please be aware that premiums paid for insurance are non-refundable.
