Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 30, 2020 to February 29, 2020. No refund after February 29, 2020; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 20, 2020 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Room rates are subject to 13% tax and Daily Resort Fee.* (Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $10 per room, per night plus 13% tax for those that book their room through NWAS/NWWT only, otherwise it is approximately $25 plus tax per room, per day).
• Tax rate subject to change without notice. • 1 bed or 2 beds (based on availability).
• Maximum of 4 people per room.
• Children under the age of 18 years are free when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• There is a charge for both self and valet parking. Approximate self-parking rate is $15 per vehicle, per night; approximate overnight valet rate is $22 per vehicle, per night. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

*Resort fee includes:
Free local and toll-free calls, in-room high-speed internet, in-room coffee/tea, entrance to fitness center, guided history tour of The Omni Grove Park Inn and newspaper upon request. Resort fee inclusions subject to change.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.

If you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to your account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise The Omni Grove Park Inn at check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
