Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 30, 2020 to February 29, 2020. No refund after February 29, 2020; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 20, 2020 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• 1 bed or 2 beds.
• Maximum of 4 people per room.
• Children under the age of 18 years are free when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• Single/double occupancy plus 13% tax and Daily Resort Fee.* (Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $10 per room, per night plus 13% tax for those that book their room through NWAS/NWWT only, otherwise it is approximately $25 plus tax per room, per day).
• There is a charge for both self and valet parking. The current self-parking rate is $15 per vehicle, per night. The current overnight valet rate is $22. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

*Resort fee includes:
Free local and toll-free calls, in-room high-speed internet, in-room coffee/tea, entrance to fitness center, guided history tour of The Omni Grove Park Inn and newspaper upon request. Resort fee inclusions subject to change. Tax rate subject to change without notice.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night’s stay deposit plus tax within ten days of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
