No refund after December 8, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 6, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to a 21% charge that includes the Cable Beach Resort Association levy, the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board levy, and all applicable VATS, subject to change. Additional charges include a Porterage and Housekeeping service charge of $21.78 per room, per day, $6.80 Package Rate Fee, and Resort Fee of $68+ VAT per room, per day plus applicable tax. For additional guests over double occupancy, $50 per person, per night will apply for each guest over the age of 11; not to exceed four guests per guest room.There is a limit of four (4) persons per room. Children over the age of 11 are considered adults for the purpose of room occupancy/room rates.

PARKING: Self-Parking is free. The self-parking lot is located beside the convention center. Valet Parking is approximately $25/day with in and out privileges. Guests are able to charge parking to the guest room folio; non-hotel guests parking payment must be made via debit or credit card only. Restaurants do not validate for valet parking. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 14 days of arrival will forfeit 2 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
