$100 April 11, 2024 to May 11, 2024. No refund after May 11, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 8, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
All hotel rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.

This special rate is available for travel dates between June 7th - 17th, 2024.
Group room rates include a service charge of $9 per room, per day to cover porterage and housekeeping. Room subject to the following taxes: Tourism Improvement Fee 2%, Alberta Tourism Levy 4% and Federal Goods & Service Tax 5%. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

Registered Guests of the Rimrock Resort Hotel: Daily Self-Parking $25 CAD plus GST. Daily Valet Parking $39 plus GST.
Oversize vehicle (Trailer, boat, RV) $70 CAD plus GST (Limited space available - must be requested in advance).
*Please contact Town of Banff or Parks Canada for alternative parking. The daily parking fee will be charged directly to your guest room.
Non Registered Guests: $2 CAD per hour plus GST, payable electronically at exit of Parkade.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Checks are not accepted for reservations due to exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Modifications to reservations allowed based on hotel availability if received by the hotel by May 8, 2024. Cancellations or change in room reservations accepted without penalty until 4pm MST, 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel after 4pm MST inside of 14 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply.
If you are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
