If payment is not received by February 19, 2021, $50 will automatically be added to the tuition.

Course Cancellation Fee

$100 March 21, 2021 to April 20, 2021. No refund after April 20, 2021; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 13, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 14.75% and $3.50 per room, per night occupancy fee plus daily destination fee of $25 per room per night and mandatory porterage gratuities of $9.36 per bag, roundtrip. Tax and gratuity rates subject to change without notice.

Daily Destination Fee includes:
$25 Food and Beverage Credit (credit is per room per day and can be redeemed at designated on-property outlets), enhanced wired for business, local, long distance and international calls, $20 dry cleaning credit (per room per day), One (1) Big Bus Tour Ticket OR Yoga Works Session (per room per day). Included amenities are subject to change without notice.

• 1 King or 2 Double Beds (based on hotel availability).
• Maximum 3 people in King room; 1 rollaway bed permitted for an approximate fee of $30 plus tax, per day.
• Maximum 4 people in room with 2 Double beds; rollaway bed not permitted.

PARKING:
Valet parking only at the hotel. Approximate charge is $50 per car, per day for overnight guests. SUVs are subject to additional charges. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside of 7 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee equal to one 1 night's room and tax may apply for a change resulting in an earlier departure changed after midnight on the day of arrival. A change to the departure date made prior to midnight on the day of arrival will not result in an early departure fee.

If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
