$100 December 22, 2022 to January 21, 2023. No refund after January 21, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $400 per night.
Discounted group rates are available for reservations made through January 26, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Those that book their room via the NWS/NWWT group reservation link only will receive the following discounts:
• Mandatory daily resort fee will be reduced to $30 plus tax, per room, per day (otherwise, it's approximately $45 plus tax, per room, per day).
• 10% discount at Aviara Golf Club, 10% discount at Aviara Spa, and discounted resort guest Valet parking of $25 per car, per night (normally $45 per car, per night). Terms and conditions may apply.
Although housekeeping gratuities are up to the individual's discretion, $3 per room, per day, is recommended by the resort.
• Space is limited in our group room block.

• A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
