The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 14, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
Those who book via NWS/NWWT group reservation link ONLY will receive a discounted* resort fee of $20 + tax, per room, per night, and discounted** valet parking of $15 + tax per car, per night.
* Resort Fee reduced to $20 + tax for those who book their room via the NWS/NWWT group reservation link here only (otherwise, it's approximately $35 + tax, per room, per night). Resort fee includes: access to the state of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, unlimited local calls and toll free number access, wired and wireless internet access for guestroom and public space (meeting space excluded), daily newspaper, in room coffee and two bottles of water, nightly shoe shine, access to the Business Center and beach/pool towels and complimentary bicycle rental (one, per room per day) based on availability. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
**Room rates do not include a $15 per night Valet Parking Charge (discounted from $25 for those who book through NWS/NWWT only). Self-parking is not available.
Due to the limited parking available on the beach and height restrictions of the garage, large items such as trailers, conversion vans and trucks, boats, RVs, jet skis, and vehicles over seven feet cannot be accommodated.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay, plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
