DIVING PACKAGES ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT.
DIVING INFORMATION:
Dive Package Includes Marine Park Entrance Fees. Rental Equipment can be rented directly through the dive shop once you are on-site. No credit will be given for any unused dives.

(DIVE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE INSIDE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING.)
Please indicate in the comment section on the last page of registration if you wish to rent equipment. Please list sizes for BCD and Fins for each person renting.

Be sure to bring your certification cards with you to check in. Space will be limited, we recommend that you book early to ensure your spot with the group dives. No refunds for unused dives for any reason. Dive at your own risk. Divers insurance is recommended.

WHEN REGISTERING FOR DIVING, PLEASE ADD THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR EACH DIVER TO THE COMMENTS BOX:
• Number of divers in your party
• Name of each diver
• Certification/Experience Level of each diver
• Number of dives since Certification
• Number of dives in the past 12 months
• If you plan to rent equipment, we will need height, weight, and shoe size of each diver

 

ACCOMODATIONS INFORMATION:
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 3, 2020 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• 1 King bed or 2 Double Beds. Bed type is a request only and not guaranteed.
• Deluxe room child rate (age 2-12 years) $393
• Royal Level Luxury Room, child rate (age 2-12 years) $485
• Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child between ages 2 to 12 years or maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 child between ages 2 to 12 years. Maximum room capacity 4 people (possible combinations: 3 adults; 2 adults and 2 children; 3 adults and 1 child).

No quad adult occupancy. Child rate and third person rate applies when sharing the room with 2 adults. One adult and one child sharing a room, the rate will be based on double adult occupancy.

All inclusive plan includes: 7 nights accommodations (Sat-Sat), breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at food and beverage outlets, guest room mini bar (refreshed once during the day), non-motorized water sports, exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities, gratuities, and government tax and service charges.

Unused portions of the All-Inclusive Plan are not refundable and are not exchangeable for other services. Airport transfers not included.

Please be aware that Occidental Cozumel is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged approximately $62 per person per day for entry into the resort even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for $500 per person deposit is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than January 3, 2020 and credit card will be charged automatically.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until January 3, 2020. Cancellations, reduction in length of stay or occupancy, change in room type or no-show after January 3, 2020 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason, including weather or travel related issues. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
