The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through Midnight (CST) on March 15, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Space is limited in our group room block.
Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.
A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

PARKING: Self parking is not available. Valet parking is discounted for NWS attendees: Overnight Valet parking to reduced to $35/night plus tax. Valet day parking reduced to $15/day plus tax on Friday-Sunday, and $10/day plus tax, Monday-Thursday.
Group room rates only available via NWS/NWWT reservation link (which will open for reservations approximately 1 year prior to the meeting).
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card deposit for 1 night's stay plus tax and mandatory fees (if applicable) is due at time of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
Any changes requested for individual reservations must be made directly through the Virgin Hotels Dallas Reservation Department and submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The hotel will do their best to accommodate change requests based on availability at the time the request is made, but cannot guarantee that requests will be accommodated.
