Most all-inclusive resorts charge a daily entrance fee to those who are staying elsewhere, but entering the Resort to attend the meeting. Notices listing this fee are located on the program brochure, on our website and in the last minute letter we send out to participants.

Since the hotel cannot monitor those who say they are only entering the premises to attend the meeting, this entry fee allows you to eat and drink freely and use the resort's many amenities. The hotel also uses this system to police the property for guest safety.
