Typically, all special requests, such as bed type, high or low floors, or rooms near elevator, are assigned by the hotel upon check-in and are based on availability. However, a special request may be guaranteed if you are willing to pay a higher rate for your accommodations.

While requests made at our discounted rate are not guaranteed, please note that the hotels do their best to accommodate all requests whenever possible.
