Zero Tolerance Policy - Please treat our team with respect. Our team is here to provide you with customer service and to make your meeting experience a pleasant one. Northwest Seminars will not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards our staff, onsite coordinator, faculty, hotel staff, or other attendees. This includes - but is not limited to, threats, swearing, aggression or demanding behavior, yelling, theft, harassment or failure to respond to staff instruction (while at a meeting).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
