$100 May 16, 2024 to June 15, 2024. No refund after June 15, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by 5pm, HST on June 13, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Our room block is now sold out.
Room rates are per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 17.96%), discounted* Resort Fee of $25 plus 17.96% tax, per room, per night and Carbon Neutrality fee of $1.70 (which includes taxes), per room, per night. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
*Resort Fee is discounted to $25 + tax, per room, per night for guests that book their room via the NWS/NWWT group reservation link only (otherwise, resort fee is approx. $48 + tax, per room per night, subject to change).

TREE FEE (OPTIONAL) 'Alohilani Resort has partnered with Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative (HLRI) to plant 100,000 indigenous trees. Through this partnership 'Alohilani Resort is helping to return treasured native trees to the Big Island of Hawaii and 500 acres on Oahu's north shore. Guests are invited to take part in this effort with a $5 "tree fee" towards this effort. Please inform the front desk at check in if your preference is to opt-out of this contribution.

PARKING: Self-parking fee approximately $25 per vehicle, per night (discounted from $48 retail). Valet parking is $45 (discounted from $55 retail) per vehicle, per night. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel inside 5 days of arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay + tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay + tax. A No-Show charge of full reserved stay + tax will be charged for individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
