Course Cancellation Fee

$100 March 11, 2021 to April 10, 2021. No refund after April 10, 2021; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 30, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Rates are per room, per night and are subject to 12.25% occupancy tax, plus 2% BID assessment fee, 1% TMD and a $0.57 nightly state assessment for tourism.
• $30 per room per night Resort Fee is waived for those who book their room through NWS/NW-WWT only.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.
• All rooms non-smoking.

Resort Fee Includes: 24-hour access to the fitness center, unlimited fitness and yoga classes, in room premium internet access, in room personal Starbucks coffee & tea maker, (2) bottled waters per stay, in room safe, unlimited local telephone calls and access charges for 1-800 or 1-888 phone calls, incoming faxes, filtered water stations, daily newspaper available in main lobby, one hour tennis court time per day, 10% off select merchandise at Agua Serena Spa, discounted green fees at Indian Wells Golf Resort, shuttle service to Indian Wells Golf Resort, golf bag storage, 9-hole putting course at Indian Wells Golf Resort, outdoor games and activities, seasonal evening live entertainment in Agave Sunset. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

Those who book their room through NWS/NW-WWT only will receive a 50% discount on overnight self parking and a 10% discount on regular priced treatments at Agua Serena Spa (excludes retail items).


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you check out prior to your reserved departure date, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Guests staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without the Resort’s authorization will be charged for an additional room night plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the best available rate.

If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
