The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 28, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Nightly resort fee is WAIVED for those that book their room using group's reservation method/Group Code only (otherwise, the Resort Fee is approximately $45 + tax per room, per night).
Resort Fee includes:

• Holoholo Kids Crew daily programs for children ages 5-12 (meals additional)
• 24-hour access to Auberge Fitness Center (located on-site)

Room rates are per night and subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), mandatory porterage fee of $6.50 each way, per person, and mandatory room attendant fee of $5 per room, per night. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
The Resort is in compliance with the Hawaii State law, which prohibits smoking of tobacco and electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes) in all guestrooms, restaurants, general public areas. All areas under roof are smoke-free.
Established designated smoking areas are available. Any fees for smoking/vaping damages will be charged to the individual guest room folio.

To ensure the most seamless booking and arrival experience possible, please provide the following information when you call:

*The Resort reserves the right to assign bedding based on availability. The Resort has a limited number of guest rooms that can accommodate a rollaway bed. Occupancy is limited to two adults or two adults and up to two children as long as all guests can be accommodated in the existing bedding. Any additional occupants 18 years of age or older will be subject to an additional charge of $150 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations or requests for reduction in length of stay received by the hotel inside of 30 days of guest arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full reserved stay plus tax. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or room category downgrades. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your full reserved stay plus tax.
