A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments during the seminar for meeting participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 16, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to a $40 reduced Daily Resort Fee* per room, per night and 14% tax and $5 per room, per night Tourism Fee. Tax rate and Tourism Fee subject to change without notice.
*Daily resort fee is reduced to $40 per room, per night for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $55 per room, per night). The Resort Fee provides lodge guests with the following amenities: Nightly Resort Gathering from 4:30pm–6pm (example offerings include après ski s’mores, signature drink hosting, and wine tastings), access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, access to the year-round lakefront heated pool and hot tub, welcome glass of champagne upon check-in, nightly turndown service, in-room coffee and bottled water, complimentary wifi internet access, courtesy local shuttle transportation within designated areas around South Lake Tahoe, personal concierge services and designated kids activities. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
