$100 December 7, 2023 to January 6, 2024. No refund after January 6, 2024; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made by January 4, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms are extremely limited for weekends.
Room rates are subject to a $40 reduced* Daily Resort Fee per room,, per night and 14% tax and $5 per room, per night Tourism Fee. Tax rate and Tourism Fee subject to change without notice.
* Daily resort fee is reduced to $40 per room, per night for those who book their room via the NWS/NWWT direct reservation link ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $55 per room, per night). The Resort Fee provides lodge guests with the following amenities: Nightly Resort Gathering from 4:30pm–6pm (example offerings include après ski s’mores, signature drink hosting, and wine tastings), access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, access to the year-round lakefront heated pool and hot tub, welcome glass of champagne upon check-in, nightly turndown service, in-room coffee and bottled water, complimentary wifi internet access, courtesy local shuttle transportation within designated areas around South Lake Tahoe, personal concierge services and designated kids activities. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

PARKING: For those that book their room via NWS/NWWT reservation methods only, overnight valet parking at Edgewood Tahoe is reduced to $25 per night (normally $50 per night). Complimentary day parking is available for non-guests to attend the meetings. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's room and tax required at time of booking to hold your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax. Reductions in the length of stay at time of check-in are subject to an Early Departure fee. No-shows will be charged a penalty for one night's stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
