Room rates are per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes, and per room, per night, discounted* Resort Fee of $40 plus 17.416% tax.
*Resort Fee is discounted to $40 + tax, per room, per night for guests that book their room via the NWS/NWWT group reservation link (otherwise, resort fee is approx. $50 + tax, per room per day, subject to change).

PARKING: Valet Parking only at the resort. Parking fee approximately $48 per vehicle, per night. Valet parking is complimentary during the day for anyone visiting the property with for lunch, dinner, or spa services (proof of purchase validation may be required). DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit Card for 2 night's deposit plus tax and mandatory fees (if applicable) due at time of booking to hold your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until December 6, 2023. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel after December 6, 2023 will forfeit 2 night's stay + tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
