Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 30, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates and per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 17.416%), and per room, per day, discounted Resort Fee of $40 plus 17.416% tax for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT direct reservation link ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $50 + tax, per room, per night).
