Course Cancellation Fee

$100 April 26, 2019 to May 26, 2019. No refund after May 26, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

Parking:
Hyatt Regency Savannah is pleased to offer secure underground valet parking. There is also self-parking available at a nearby City of Savannah garage. Valet Parking is $31 per night for standard cars and oversize vehicles/vans.*

Full in/out privileges as much as needed. Self-Parking is available in the Whitaker Street Garage at $16 per night. In/out privileges do not apply.

*Vans and oversized trucks are allowed with maximum height of van approximately 7½ feet. There is very limited space available for vans and oversized trucks. Additional oversized vehicle parking is available in the following locations: Whitaker Street Parking Garage 0.2 miles away. The Visitor Center Lot 0.6 miles away. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night's stay plus tax deposit within 10 days of booking via check or credit card required to hold your room. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 6 days prior to arrival. Early departure fees may apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
