No refund after January 28, 2023; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through 5pm MDT on January 27, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to 12.8% tax and reduced* $30 plus tax per room, per night Resort Service Charge. Tax and Resort Service Charge rates subject to change without notice. Limited rooms available for the weekends.
• Please note the resort fee of $50 plus tax, per room, per night is reduced to $30 plus tax, per room per night for those that book via NWS/NWWT reservtion link only. Resort fee discount will be reflected upon checkout. No deposit will be taken on resort fee.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds, based on hotel availability.
• Max occupancy in King room, 3 people.
• Max occupancy in room with 2 Queen beds, 4 people.
• Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with 2 beds. Rollaway bed for rooms with 1 King Bed may be available for an additional charge of $50 per night, restrictions may apply.

Resort Service Charge Includes: Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) pick-up and drop-off, Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) shuttle service (Mon-Sun: 6am-11pm, reservations required), ski or bike valet, guest room Internet access (excludes meeting rooms), fitness center, hot tubs/pool access, and local/800 telephone calls. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required to hold your room. Credit card will be charged by the hotel for full stay plus resort fee and tax approximately 30 days prior to arrival. Group room rates are limited and available only through NWS/NWWT reservation link here.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 30 days of arrival as well as no-shows or early departures will forfeit their entire stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Firm hotel policy - no exceptions for any reasons including weather, travel or health related cancellations.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay, plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
