Course Cancellation Fee

$100 July 12, 2018 to August 11, 2018. No refund after August 11, 2018; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only. Fantasy Tower rooms are non-smoking.

• Rates are per night, plus 13.38% tax and $20 plus 13.38% tax, per room, per day Resort Fee.*
• Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $20 per room, per day plus tax for guests who book their room through NWS/NWWT only (otherwise it will be approx. $25+ tax, per room, per day).

Internet Service for duration of the guest stay (streaming capable, excludes meeting rooms), Cardio Center Access (does not include Spa), Palms Place Fitness Center access, shuttle service to and from the Forum Shops (available daily from 11am to 8pm, every hour on the hour departing from Palms main entrance), daily USA Today newspaper available for guest pick-up at the front desk and the bell desk, unlimited local and toll-free calls within the USA, printing of boarding passes at the front desk and Concierge, copies and faxes at the front desk and Concierge (excluding color and large print jobs). Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night room plus tax deposit, within 10 days of booking to hold your room. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 5 days prior to arrival. Early departure fees apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
