Course Cancellation Fee

$100 October 6, 2022 to November 5, 2022. No refund after November 5, 2022; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 27, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Guest Room Rates are per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes and applicable resort charges, currently 15% resort charge and 9.5% tax, government environmental and AHATA levy of $3.50 per room, per night plus $10.64 + 6.38% tax, per person round-trip bellman gratuity (based on 2 bags per person) and $7.45 + 6.38% tax, per room, per day housekeeping gratuity.

• No charge for children under 18 years old sharing room with parents using existing bedding.
• Maximum 4 persons to room.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds (based on hotel availability at time of check in).


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit Card for 2 night's deposit plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) is due at time of booking to hold your room. Checks are not accepted. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 35 days of arrival will forfeit 2 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
