Course Cancellation Fee

$100 November 6, 2021 to December 6, 2021. No refund after December 6, 2021; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 22, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Room rates are per night and are subject to 23.20% charge that includes the Cable Beach Resort Association levy, the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board levy, and all applicable VATS, subject to change. Additional charges include a Porterage and Housekeeping service charge of $20.63 per room, per day and daily Resort Fee of $30 plus VAT and applicable tax.

• 1 King or 2 Queen beds based on hotel availability.
• Limit of four (4) persons per room, regardless of age. Children over the age of 12 are considered adults for the purpose of room rates. No additional charge for children under age 13, sharing room with parents and utilizing existing bedding.
• All rooms are non-smoking.

The daily Resort Fee of $30 plus VAT and applicable tax provides for use of resort activities and amenities. These activities and amenities include:
• Complimentary GoPro usage
• Snorkel, mask, and fins
• Personal water float
• Single & double kayaks
• Stand-up paddle boards
• Zayak / Water Facing Kayaks (reefboards) and clear bottom kayaks
• ESPA fitness access
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout resort
• Unlimited local calls
• 2 bottles of water replenished daily
• Electronic newspaper distribution through Crave tablet
• Complimentary sunscreen at all towel huts
• Complimentary beach and pool setup and seating with umbrellas and Wireless Waiting services
Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice. Some resort fee inclusions may not be available at this time due to Covid-19 polices.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 night's deposit plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received. Checks not accepted for hotel.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 35 days of arrival will forfeit 2 night's stay + tax.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
