No penalty if canceled by April 16, 2025. Cancellations between April 17, 2025, and May 17, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after May 17, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through May 14, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
All hotel rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.
Group Rates are subject to the following taxes: Tourism Improvement Fee 2%, Alberta Tourism Levy 4% and Federal Goods & Service Tax 5%. In addition to the group rate, there will be an additional service charge of $9 CAD plus applicable taxes per room per day to cover porterage and housekeeping. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

Registered Guests of the Rimrock Resort Hotel: Daily Self-Parking $25 CAD plus GST. Daily Valet Parking $39 plus GST.
Oversize vehicle (Trailer, boat, RV): There is no access to the parkade for oversized vehicles.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room and tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Approximately 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will automatically charge the provided credit card for the remaining full reserved stay plus tax. Group room rates are only available via NWS/NWWT reservation link.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change in room reservations accepted without penalty until May 14, 2025. Cancellations or change in room reservations received by the hotel after May 14, 2025, will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). This includes check-out prior to confirmed date, changing room type, or no-shows. No exceptions allowed for any reason. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
