The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 29, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to 12.48% Tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
• Maximum occupancy in 1 King Bed, 2 Room Suites is 4 people; Maximum occupancy in 2 Room Suite is 6 people.
• No additional charge for children 17 and under sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
Group Room Rates Include: Complimentary full breakfast buffet daily, complimentary evening reception*, complimentary basic Wi-Fi (excludes meeting room space), 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, and business center access.
*Service of alcohol subject to state and local laws. Must be of legal drinking age.
PARKING:
Discounted parking rates for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT only: Self-parking $18 per day; Valet parking $23 per day.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. Changes in a guest’s date of departure after check-in will result in an Early Departure fee of $100.
