A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 10, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are currently ten percent 10%, *reduced resort fee of $30 per room, per day, $3 City Tourism Tax and $1 California Tourism Assessment Fee per room per night.

*Resort fee is reduced to $30 per room, per day for guests that book their room via NWS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximate $40 per room, per day).
The Resort fee includes: Daily fitness classes, premium Illy in-room coffee and assorted tea selection, nightly turndown with bottled water, access to 24-Hour Fitness Center, premium internet service, discounted spa access at $25 per day (normally $70, treatments additional), overnight shoe shine service, daily newspaper, daily infused water and Arnold Palmer beverage in the Lobby (12pm-5pm), machine wash/dry only for workout gear (up to 6 items with a 24-hour turnaround), preferred treatment of tee time, spa treatment, restaurant and tennis court reservations, business center and boarding pass printing, local and toll free calls, faxes and scans, access to game room, access to hotel pool and hot tubs, access to driving range and putting greens with range balls provided, use of golf bag storage, use of tennis center, complete with tennis racket and tennis balls, access to sand volley ball courts with volleyballs, recreational center activities including croquet, horseshoes, badminton, bocce ball and respective equipment, beach amenities; including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys, and shuttle service to Carlsbad Premium Outlets. PARKING: Valet parking only at the hotel. Approximately parking cost at the resort is $40 per night, or $20 per day. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
