The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 16, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to occupancy tax of 10%, CA Tourism Assessment Fee of 0.315%, and Dana Point Tourism Business Improvement District charge (TBID) of $3.00 (collectively referred to as “Applicable Taxes and Fees”) plus a porterage charge of $15 per room, roundtrip and a Maid Gratuity of $3 per room, per night.

• Maximum occupancy in room with 1 King bed is 3 people. Maximum occupancy in room with 2 Queen beds is 4 people.

The Daily Resort fee is waived for those that book their room via NWS/NWWT only (otherwise, it is approximately $55 per room, per night, plus tax and CA Tourism Assessment Fees).

PARKING:
Valet parking only at the resort, reduced to $25 per night for guests that book their room via NWS/NWWT only (normally $60 per night) Valet day parking is approximately $18 for day-use without validation. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) due at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 15 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
