7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay required to receive discounted group room rates. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 15, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.


• Maximum Occupancy and Child Policy: Maximum occupancy is: 2 adults plus 2 children under 12 years of age or 3 adults plus 1 child under age 12 based on existing bedding type.
• Three children in room and/or quad adult occupancy are NOT allowed.
• Children 0-23 months of age: No charge when sharing the same room with their parents (1 child per paid adult, maximum 2).
• Ages 2-12: Sharing same room with their parents, pay the child rate of $655.
• Ages 13 and up: Pay adult rates listed above.
• Roll away beds/cribs are subject to availability, fee may apply.

The rates listed above include the following services and amenities as part of the All-Inclusive Plan: 7 nights accommodations (Sat-Sat), breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bottled water, specialty coffees and teas at all of Hotel’s food and beverage outlets during their regular hours of operation, Wi-Fi in public areas and guestrooms (excludes meeting room), mini bar drinks, non-motorized water sports, exercise facilities, daytime tennis courts, table games, scheduled stage shows and mini club activities (where applicable), gratuities and all applicable taxes.

All meals and beverages are offered at Hotel’s restaurants and bars and are available during regular hours of operation.

Unused portions of the All-Inclusive Plan are not refundable and are not exchangeable for other services.

Please be aware that Hyatt Ziva is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged a daily fee for entry into the resort even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,000 per person deposit is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than November 15, 2021 and credit card will be charged automatically.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until November 15, 2021. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy, change in room type or no-show after November 15, 2021 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason, including weather, medical or travel related issues.

Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
