No penalty if canceled by February 26, 2025. Cancellations between February 27, 2025, and March 29, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 29, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 25, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Name changes on, or other transfers of room reservations will not be accepted by hotel after March 25, 2025.
Room rates are per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 17.962%), and per room, per day, discounted Resort Fee of $35 plus 17.962% tax for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $45 + tax, per room, per night). Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
