A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments during the seminar for meeting participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 15, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

*Daily resort fee is reduced to $25 for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $45 per room, per night). The Resort Fee provides lodge guests with the following amenities: Nightly Resort Gathering from 4:30pm–6pm (example offerings include après ski s’mores, signature drink hosting, and wine tastings), access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, access to the year-round lakefront heated pool and hot tub, welcome glass of champagne upon check-in, nightly turndown service, in-room coffee and bottled water, complimentary wifi internet access, courtesy local shuttle transportation within designated areas around South Lake Tahoe, personal concierge services and designated kids activities. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice. Some resort fee inclusions may not be available due to Covid-19 polices.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Credit card will be charged for full reserved stay plus tax, tourism and resort fees on or around November 23, 2021. Rooms are limited and available only through NWS/NWWT. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside 15 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax. Reductions in the length of stay at time of check-in are subject to an Early Departure fee. No-shows will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
