The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 31, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to 14.416% state and local tax plus $25 plus tax per room, per night, reduced Resort Fee*, $12 and tax per person, round trip, porterage gratuity, and $5 plus tax, per room, per night, housekeeping gratuity.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room. No additional charge for children (18 years old and under) when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Rollaway bed not available in rooms with 2 double beds.
• 1 rollaway bed allowed in rooms with king bed only, based on hotel availability. Fees may apply.
• All rooms are non-smoking.

*Resort fee is reduced for those who book their room though NWS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $38 per room, per night plus tax). Resort Fee Includes: High Speed Wireless Internet, lei greeting, 30 minute private photography session, in-room bottled water replenished daily, business center access, Hawaiian cultural experiences, yoga sessions, access to the fitness center, bicycle rental, and 10% off any spa treatment at Mandara. PARKING: Parking charges at the resort are approximately $30 per day for self-parking and $40 per day for valet parking, plus state tax. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rooms are limited and available only through NWS/NWWT. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellation inside 35 days will forfeit 2 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
