Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 13, 2022 to February 12, 2022. No refund after February 12, 2022; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 3, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Room rates are per night and subject to 13.37% occupancy tax and Reduced Resort Fee* of $15 per room, per night. Bedding may consist of luxury Murphy bed.
• Maximum occupancy for rooms with hotel's choice of 1 King or 1 Queen bed is 2 people. Bedding may consist of luxury Murphy bed.
• Maximum occupancy for rooms with 2 queen beds is 4 people.
• Rollaway beds may be available for approximately $35 plus tax per night. Restrictions may apply.

There are a limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms; please indicate your request at time of reservation to ensure that this room type is available.

*Resort fee includes: Resort Fee is reduced to $15 per room, per night for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT only (otherwise, it’s approximately $25 per room, per night). Resort fee includes: Daily newspaper, local calls, wireless internet access in guest rooms & meeting rooms, access to fitness center, pool and hot tub, in-room bottled water upon arrival, business center access, golf bag & mountain bike storage, in town shuttle (Park City destinations, groups larger than 10 people are subject to a $10 per person fee). Resort Services Fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

Any guest wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. Should the Hotel allow for late check-out, it may impose a half day rate.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Approximately 60 days prior to arrival, the credit card provided will be automatically charged for your full amount for entire stay plus tax and resort fee. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted without penalty until 61 days prior to arrival. Inside 61 days you will be penalized for the entire reserved stay plus tax and service fee. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type. Strict group hotel policy—No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
