A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 22, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and subject to 13.3% occupancy tax and 2% assessment. Tax and assessment rates subject to change without notice.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds (based on hotel availability).
• $5 per person, per room in/out porterage fee (if Bellman Services are utilized).
• Hotel is non-smoking.
PARKING:
Valet parking only approximately $53 per night standard vehicle, $65 per night for oversized vehicles, and $37 per night for hybrid vehicles. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night’s stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure and late check out fees apply. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
