No penalty if canceled by March 5, 2025. Cancellations between March 6, 2025, and April 5, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 5, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 2, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Group room rates include hotel breakfast served daily, 7am-10:30am and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Breakfast will not be served at the meeting but is provided in the room rate for those that book via NWS/NWWT reservation methods only. VAT and breakfast times subject to change without notice.
All hotel rates are in British Pound (GBP) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.
Room rates are based on occupancy. Most rooms have a max occupancy 2 people. Rooms with 2 twin beds are limited.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

All rooms are non-smoking. Any guest found to be smoking in Chamber rooms or public areas will be directly charged and liable for cleaning charges and loss of revenue as a result.

PARKING: The hotel partners with St. James Quarter for a discounted rate for overnight parking. Currently, the price is £11.50 for 24 hours. Please note the price is subject to change by St. James Quarter at anytime. St. James Quarter is approximately a 15-minute walk uphill to reach the hotel, so the hotel recommends dropping luggage off with their Concierge team first. Alternative car park options that are slightly closer to the hotel however no discount offered for these locations. The cost ranges between £20-£35 per 24 hours: Q-Park Quartermile, EH3 9AU (10 minute flat walk), NCP Castle Terrace Car Park, EH1 2EW (10 minute uphill walk), NCP Edinburgh Holyrood Rd, EH8 9UL (15 minute uphill walk).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's stay + tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room. On or around April 2, 2025 the credit card provided will automatically be charged by the hotel in full for remaining nights of the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted by hotel without penalty until 31 days of arrival. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy, reduction in stay length or no-show received by the hotel inside 31 days of arrival will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
