No refund after January 25, 2025; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees that are no-shows for the program.

PARKING: Due to updated policies by the Town of Snowmass, Self and Valet parking is for Hotel guests ONLY. Self parking for hotel guests is included in the resort fee (1 vehicle per room, per night). Offsite parking for non-hotel guests is approximately $20 per day, Valet parking is approximately $50 per day. Parking fees and policies subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's stay plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Approximately 30 days prior to arrival, the hotel will automatically charge the provided credit card for the entire remaining reserved stay plus tax and mandatory fees.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by the hotel inside 30 days of arrival, no shows or early departures will be charged a penalty for the entire reserved stay plus and tax and any mandatory fees. Hotel policy — no exceptions for any reason including weather, travel or health related issues. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
