Please be aware: The Beaches Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged per person per day for entry into the resort, even if you are only attending the seminar. Please see the cost below per adult for a day pass at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.
Please note: Scuba diving at the resort is geared toward the novice and is offered in the mornings which conflicts with scheduled meeting times.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,000 per person deposit via credit card is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than July 21, 2022 and credit card will be charged automatically. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until July 21, 2022. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or length of stay, changes in room type or no-show after July 22, 2022 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason. This includes weather, health, or travel related issues.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
