The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 27, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily resort fee of $39.00 plus 13.38% tax. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.

Rollaway beds $50 per rollaway, per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.

The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items: • Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day).
• In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed (a value of $80 per day).
• Unlimited local, domestic long distance and toll free calls.
• Printing of boarding passes through Concierge.
• Access to more than 5,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines.

Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.

Like most hotels, Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered checked-in once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be one night plus tax at the original booked rate.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
