Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 21, 2021 to February 20, 2021. No refund after February 20, 2021; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 10, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Rates are single/quad occupancy plus $15 per room, per day Resort Fee* and 11.5% tax.
• 1 king or 2 queen beds (based on hotel availability).
• Maximum occupancy of 4 adults per room, or up to 5 people total 5 if guests include children.
• Rollaway beds ONLY available in King rooms, based on availability, at $25 per night.

*Resort Fee discounted to $15 plus tax (from approximately $30 plus tax) per room, per night for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT only and includes: Basic wired and wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms, two bottles of water each day in your guestroom, unlimited local telephone calls from your guestroom, ferry transportation to the resort’s secluded island, beach chairs and umbrellas at the resort’s beach, rock climbing wall, bicycle rentals, resort trolley transportation, self-parking, 24-hour fitness center access, and golf bag storage. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).

If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Travel insurance is recommended. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
