You may request your FAPs balance at anytime by sending us a message using our contact form by clicking here or by calling our office at 1-800-222-6927.
Please provide the following information when requesting your FAPs balance:
Name (First and Last)
AANA# (if applicable)
Your account will be reviewed to ensure that all your points have been applied, and you will receive an email with your FAPs balance.
You may request a phone call with your FAPs balance if you do not wish to receive your balance by email.
FAPs are only applied to your account after the completion of a seminar.
