All of our emergency medicine courses are submitted for approval by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). Once approved, this will be indicated in the accreditation section of the program's webpage.
ACEP Category I Credit is an internal ACEP membership requirement. Members are required to have 150 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM every 3 years, 60 of which must also be accredited for ACEP Category I Credit.
The American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) does not require CME and outside activities like ours do not count toward certification requirements. For more information about ABEM's certification requirements, see here.
