The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME. The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) also accepts continuing medical education (CME) approved for CME hours sponsored by organizations, agencies, or educational institutions accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
Northwest Anesthesia Seminars / Northwest Seminars is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Note that the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) is a separate entity from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). The AANPCB certifies nurse practitioners, and CEs are required for recertification. The AANP is a membership organization offering benefits for members and does not require CE for membership.
