We have a block of rooms for seminar participants.

Once the group room block is sold, rooms are based on hotel availability only and may be at a higher rate.

Please be aware that rooms for nights pre/post of the meeting dates may be extremely limited.

Room and rate availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit the number of rooms an attendee and their travel companions may reserve in the group block.

We reserve the right to contact the reservation holder to request event registration confirmation.

If it is discovered that the reservation holder is not attending this event or associated with a registered meeting attendee, it will be considered a misuse of our reservation portal, and the room(s) will be canceled and will not be eligible for a refund.

Group rooms cannot be purchased for the purpose of being resold.
