Cancellations received 30 to 60 days before a program start date are subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward another NWAS program within the next 12 months. All cancellations must be in writing. No credit or refund is issued for no-shows.

Each program also lists its specific Course Cancellation Fee on its webpage under the tuition rates. Hotel, cruise, and tour cancellation penalties are separate and still apply.
