Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 24, 2019 to February 23, 2019. No refund after February 23, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 14, 2019 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Rates are per night for single/double occupancy plus 14.416% tax, plus $20 plus 4.166% tax per room, per day resort fee* plus $10.50 plus 4.166% tax per person, round trip porterage.
• Add $75 per night for each additional person age 19 and over for triple and quad occupancy.
• Maximum occupancy per guestroom is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

*Resort Fee reduced to $20 plus 4.166% tax for those who book their room though NWAS/NWWT only (normally $35 plus 4.166% tax). Resort fee includes: Self-parking, two complimentary reusable water bottles, purified water stations, coffee maker in room with Hawaiian coffee and tea, self-service washer, dryer and detergent, boarding pass and incoming fax printing, unlimited local and toll-free calls, in-room safe, reusable logo tote bag, sunscreen samples – at pool recreation desk, fitness and yoga classes at Anara Spa, golf course and club house shuttle service, welcome lei greeting, guided sunrise walk - Monday-Saturday, Hawaiian crafters - daily in lobby, entertainment and hula – Seaview Terrace, torch lighting ceremony – three times per week, ukulele, lei-making and hula lessons, Koi fish feeding and parrot talk, access to 24-hour Anara Spa fitness center, one hour tennis court time daily – reservations required, complimentary bicycle usage, based on availability and Hydroponic garden tour. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: 2 nights plus tax deposit due within 10 days of booking. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room accepted without penalty until ten days prior to arrival. Early departure fees apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
