Course Cancellation Fee

$100 March 21, 2019 to April 20, 2019. No refund after April 20, 2019; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 12, 2019 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Max occupancy per room is 4 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children under 18.

Daily Resort Fee Includes: Use of fitness center, access to 1-800 calls, local phone calls in the San Juan Metropolitan Area, high-speed and wireless internet access in all guest rooms, limited services at the 24-hour business center, wireless internet connection in public areas, at the pool and the meeting space, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, in-room coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks, in-room bottled water, and regularly scheduled fitness classes. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice. Guests who book their room through NWS/NWWT only also receive a 20% discount in Ola Ocean Front Bistro for dinner daily and a $50 Casino Match Play Coupon good for use at La Concha Resort located within walking distance.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: First night room plus tax deposit, within 10 days of booking, check or credit card required to hold your room. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Early departure fees apply for check-out prior to confirmed date. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no show, you may be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
