If payment is not received by December 15, 2020, $50 will automatically be added to the tuition.

Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 14, 2021 to February 13, 2021. No refund after February 13, 2021; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to partially offset the cost of refreshments served during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 4, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Room rates are per night and subject to 9% tax and a *reduced Mandatory Hotel Fee of $30 + tax, per room, per day and $7+ tax per person (including children) round trip porterage charge.
• 1 King or 2 Double beds (based on hotel availability)
• Maximum of 4 people per room.
• No additional charge for children under the age of 18 sharing a room with parents utilizing existing bedding.
• Tax and mandatory gratuities subject to change without notice.

Mandatory Hotel Fee is reduced to $30 plus tax, per room, per day for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT only (otherwise, it's approximately $55 plus tax, per room per day).

Mandatory Hotel Fee Amenities Include:
In-room coffee, complimentary use of fitness center, trolley transportation around resort, activities center with daytime activities program for the entire family, complimentary transfers to the Coco Beach Golf Course during operating hours (golf fees additional), complimentary use of Wi-Fi connection internet access in the lobby area, two complimentary bottles of water in guest room upon arrival. Mandatory Hotel Fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

PARKING:
On-site parking is available for approximately $15 per day for self-parking and $25 per day for Valet parking. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for first night deposit plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or if you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
