Course Cancellation Fee

$100 January 16, 2020 to February 15, 2020. No refund after February 15, 2020; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 7, 2020 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Rates plus 12.8% tax, per room, per night and $30 plus tax per room, per night Resort Service Charge.

Resort Service Charge includes:
Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) *pick-up and drop-off, ski or bike valet, high speed internet access (excludes meeting rooms), and local/800 telephone calls. Inclusions subject to change without notice.

• 1 King or 2 Queen beds, based on hotel availability.
• Max occupancy in King room, 3 people.
• Max occupancy in room with 2 Queen beds, 4 people.
• Rollaway beds may be available for an approximate additional charge of $50 per night, restrictions may apply.

*Airport shuttle service, Mon-Sun: 6am-11pm, reservations required.


DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at time of booking to hold your room. Credit card will be charged for full stay plus resort fee and tax approximately 30 days prior to arrival. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 30 days of arrival will forfeit their entire stay plus tax. This includes no-shows. Firm hotel policy - no exceptions for any reasons including weather related cancellations. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for 1 night's stay plus tax.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
