Course Cancellation Fee

$100 August 20, 2020 to September 19, 2020. No refund after September 19, 2020; however, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing.

We recommend that you register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may not be able to accommodate onsite registrations.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 10, 2020 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

Room rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily resort fee of $39.00 plus 13.38% tax. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.

The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
• Rollaway beds $50 per rollaway per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.
• Access to more than 5,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines.
• Priority access to Wynn nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge.
• In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room (a value of $80 per day).
• Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40 per day).
• Unlimited local, domestic long distance and toll-free calls.
• Printing of boarding passes.

Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.

Like most hotels, the Encore requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: One night’s stay plus 13.38% tax deposit within ten days of booking to hold your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check-in. Guests are considered checked-in once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be one night plus tax at the original booked rate.

If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
